Project 1M + Kini AI Academy
National Social Impact & Commercial Training1 Million AI-Ready Nigerians.
Equipping 1 million+ Nigerians with foundational and practical AI skills by 2030 through a dual-track model: structured online learning and funded cohort-based physical training.
Two Complementary Tracks
Kini AI operates across two complementary tracks — a national social impact initiative (Project One Million) and a commercial training business (Kini AI Academy). They share the same curriculum, platform, and certification infrastructure but differ in positioning, pricing, and who pays.
Project One Million (P1M)
The Social Impact Track
- Nature: Social impact / national initiative
- Goal: Train 1M+ Nigerians in AI literacy by 2030
- Who pays: Funders (government, grants, CSR, NGOs)
- Pricing: Subsidized / free (funded externally)
- Positioning: Public good, nation-building, responsible AI
- Target: Public schools, underserved groups, SMEs, women
Kini AI Academy
The Business Track
- Nature: Commercial service
- Goal: Generate revenue through paid AI training
- Who pays: Clients (private schools, corporates, individuals)
- Pricing: Full commercial rates
- Positioning: Professional service provider
- Target: Private schools, businesses, paying institutions
Why both exist: P1M creates brand authority and national scale. The Academy generates revenue to sustain operations. They feed each other — every P1M pilot sharpens the curriculum the Academy sells, and every paying client funds capacity for P1M.
The Vision
Africa's classrooms are at a turning point. AI is reshaping every industry — but most teachers and students have never been taught how to use it. Project 1M exists to close that gap before it widens, starting with Nigeria and scaling across the continent.

Ready to bring AI literacy to your school?
Whether you're an individual teacher or representing a school, you can get started today. Public schools can be fully sponsored.
Individual Educator Enrolment →The Ripple Effect
One Teacher Trained. Thousands Reached.
We activate schools as community hubs. By training educators, we trigger a three-stage ripple effect that multiplies impact.
The Educator
We train teachers to use AI to reduce their administrative workload — lesson notes, grading, reports — and improve how they teach.
The Student
Trained teachers guide students to ethically use AI for learning and creativity — building a generation of future-ready talent.
The Community
AI-ready schools inspire surrounding communities — parents, local leaders, and nearby institutions — creating demand for digital literacy and positioning schools as centres of innovation.
More Than Just Training
When you join Project 1M, you join a movement.
Official Certification
Recognised credentials for your CV and professional portfolio.
Community Access
Peer groups to share prompts, wins, and challenges with educators across Africa.
Ongoing Support
Monthly resource updates, virtual office hours, and mentorship.
Low-Tech Friendly
Works on a basic smartphone. No laptop or reliable internet required.
A Proven Model
Cascade training works. The data proves it.
Reaching 1 million doesn't require training 1 million people directly. It requires training Lead Teachers who each cascade to peers, who each reach hundreds of students.
We're not inventing a growth model. We're applying the proven standard — with AI at the centre.

What is Project One Million (P1M)?
A national social impact initiative to train 1 million Nigerians in AI literacy by 2030, covering Educators, SMEs, Women, and Special Needs groups.
What is the difference between Project One Million and Kini AI Academy?
Project One Million is our subsidized social impact arm, funded by grants and CSR, aimed at public schools and underserved groups.
Kini AI Academy is our commercial arm, providing premium, paid AI training and consulting for private schools, corporate businesses, and paying professionals. Both share the same high-quality curriculum.
Who can join?
Anyone. We have tailored tracks for Educators & Students, SMEs & Entrepreneurs, Women, and Special Needs communities.
How much does it cost?
The Fundamentals (Tier 1) course is free online.
Advanced (Tier 2) courses and physical training are paid. However, if you are part of a Funded Cohort (e.g., a public school sponsored by an NGO), your advanced training and physical sessions are completely free to you. If you are enrolling independently or via the Kini AI Academy, standard commercial rates apply.
Do I need a laptop?
No. Our core curriculum is designed to be accessible on a basic smartphone, and we use low-tech methods in classrooms. You do not need a laptop or reliable internet to learn the fundamentals.
Is there certification?
Yes. Everyone receives a foundational certificate upon completing Tier 1. Those who verify their track through Tier 2 earn specialized credentials (e.g., "Certified AI Educator").
How can I support the mission?
Our funding is modular. You can sponsor a single school, fund an entire district's teacher training, support a female entrepreneur cohort, or provide in-kind donations like devices. See the Funding Ask section to partner with us.
